These herbs have the effect of tonifying Qi and nourishing blood, effectively improving symptoms such as cold limbs, shortness of breath and weakness, and frail body caused by Qi and blood deficiency.

The excipient is brown sugar.

III. Dosage and Administration

Lutai Gao is taken orally, with a dosage of 10 grams each time and twice a day. It can be taken with warm yellow rice wine or warm water.

IV. Precautions and Contraindications

1. Precautions:
   • Avoid cold and raw foods.
   • Do not drink tea or eat radish while taking this medicine. Do not take it concurrently with Polygonum Multiflorum, Talcum, Soapwort or their preparations.
