Ingredients
Notopterygium root, Chuanxiong rhizome, Kudzu root, Gentiana macrophylla root, Clematis root, Atractylodes rhizome, Salviae Miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma, White peony root, Earthworm (wine-fried), Safflower, Frankincense (prepared), Astragalus root, Codonopsis root, Rehmannia root, Haliotis concha ostrea, Anemone flore-ferae (calcined), Cortex Phellodendri, Vaccaria seed (fried), Peach seed (peeled), Myrrh (prepared), Ground beetle (wine-fried). Auxiliary materials include lactose, β-cyclodextrin, and magnesium stearate.

Properties
This product is yellow-brown or brownish-black granules with a slightly bitter taste.

Functions and Indications
It promotes blood circulation to remove obstruction in collaterals and dispels wind to relieve pain. It is used for cervical spondylosis caused by wind-damp obstruction, manifested as dizziness, stiffness of the neck, soreness and pain in the shoulders and back, and numbness of the arms.

Dosage and Administration
Take orally with boiling water. 1-2 bags each time, 2 times a day, after meals.

Pregnant women are prohibited from taking this product.

Precautions

Pharmacological Effects

2. It can reduce cerebrovascular resistance and increase cerebral blood flow.
3. It has a protective effect on ischemic myocardium, increasing coronary blood flow (p < 0.01) and enhancing myocardial contractility.
4. It can improve hemorheology and microcirculation, significantly dilating microarteries, increasing the number of open capillaries, and reducing whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen viscosity, and hematocrit (p ≤ 0.05).
5. Toxicological experiments: The maximum tolerable dose for gavage in mice is 360g crude drug/kg, equivalent to 210 times the clinical dosage.
