Ingredients
Tongguan Teng (Marsdenia tenacissima).

Properties
This product is a sugar-coated tablet. When the coating is removed, it appears brownish-black; it has a slight odor and a bitter taste.

Functions and Indications
Anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antiasthmatic. It is used for esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, and lung cancer. It also has certain therapeutic effects on multiple malignant tumors such as colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, and leukemia. It can also be used in conjunction with radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and postoperative treatment. Additionally, it is used for the treatment of chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.

Dosage
Oral. Take 8 to 10 tablets each time, 3 times a day.

Adverse Reactions
In individual cases, use of Tongguan Teng preparations may lead to decreased appetite, decreased white blood cell count, increased transaminase levels, fever, joint pain, drug rash, etc. Generally, no special treatment is required.

Contraindications
