Ingredients
Diyu Carbonized, Galla Chinensis, Borneol, Berberine Hydrochloride, Papaverine Hydrochloride. Excipients include mixed fatty acid glycerides.

Properties
This product is a dark yellow-brown to dark green-brown torpedo-shaped suppository with a fragrant odor.

Functions and Indications
It can cool the blood and stop bleeding, clear heat and detoxify, dry dampness and heal sores, reduce swelling and relieve pain. It is suitable for the treatment of hemorrhagic feces, swelling, and pain caused by internal hemorrhoids and the internal part of mixed hemorrhoids in Stage I and II due to damp-heat descending, as well as anal distension, pain, edema, and local discomfort caused by inflammatory external hemorrhoids.

Specification
Each suppository weighs 1 gram.

Dosage and Administration
For rectal administration. One suppository each time, 1 to 2 times daily, or as directed by a physician. Apply externally before bedtime or after bowel movement. When using, first wear the provided finger cot on your index finger, tear open the suppository packaging, take out the suppository, and gently insert it into the anus about 2 centimeters deep.

Adverse Reactions
1.Mild abdominal discomfort and diarrhea may occur in some patients.
2.Jaundice, obvious yellowing of eyes and skin after medication, suggesting liver function impairment.
3.Occasional nausea, vomiting, rash, and drug fever, which disappear after discontinuation of the drug.

Contraindications
1.It is contraindicated for patients with a history of allergy to the ingredients of this product and those with severe renal insufficiency.
2.Pregnant women are prohibited from using it.
3.It is contraindicated in cases of complete atrioventricular block.
4.It is contraindicated for patients with hemolytic anemia and those lacking glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

Precautions
1.This product is for rectal administration and should not be taken orally.
2.Avoid tobacco, alcohol, spicy, greasy, and stimulating foods.
3.Keep bowel movements smooth.
4.This product contains berberine hydrochloride and papaverine hydrochloride. Patients with impaired liver or kidney function and heart disease should use it with caution. Glaucoma patients should regularly check their intraocular pressure.
5.Patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, liver disease, diabetes, kidney disease, or blood disorders should use it under the guidance of a physician.
6.Children, lactating women, and elderly or debilitated patients should use it under the guidance of a physician.
7.This product is only effective for hemorrhoids with a small amount of bleeding, swelling, and pain. If there is excessive bleeding or unexplained bleeding, or if internal hemorrhoids protrude after bowel movements and cannot be returned to the anus spontaneously, medical attention should be sought.
8.Sometimes white frost may precipitate out during storage of this product, which is normal and does not affect its efficacy.
9.Store below 30°C. If it softens above 30°C, it can be placed in the refrigerator or soaked in cold water to harden before use, which does not affect its efficacy.
10.Handle gently during placement to avoid bleeding. Insert to an appropriate depth to prevent slippage.
11.Use strictly according to the dosage and administration. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, consult a physician. This product should not be used long-term or as a prophylactic or for repeated use within one day.
12.It is contraindicated for patients allergic to this product. Patients with allergic constitutions should use it with caution.
13.Do not use if the properties of this product have changed.
14.Children must use this product under adult supervision.
15.Keep this product out of reach of children.
