Ingredients
Astragalus Root, Red Peony Root, Salvia Root, Angelica Root, Chuanxiong Rhizome, Peach Seed, Safflower, Frankincense (Processed), Myrrh (Processed), Millettia Vine, Achyranthes Root, Cassia Twig, Mulberry Twig, Earthworm, Scorpion, Leech.

Properties
This product is presented in capsule form, with a light brownish-yellow to yellow-brown powder inside. It has a unique odor and a slightly bitter taste.

Indications
To invigorate qi and promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis and unclog meridians. It is used for stroke affecting meridians due to qi deficiency and blood stasis with meridian obstruction, symptoms include hemiplegia, numbness of limbs, deviation of the mouth and eyes, difficulty in speaking due to tongue stiffness, as well as chest pain, chest distress, palpitations, and shortness of breath caused by chest obstruction; it is also used for cerebral infarction and angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease with the above symptoms.

Dosage
Oral administration. 2-4 capsules each time, 3 times a day, or as directed by a physician.

Pharmacological Effects
Experiments have shown that NaoXinTong Capsule significantly reduces high-shear and low-shear viscosity, reduced viscosity, and platelet adhesion rate in the "blood stasis" model; it inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation; it significantly inhibits thrombosis with a certain dose-effect relationship; it significantly increases cerebral blood flow, significantly reduces cerebrovascular resistance, and significantly prolongs coagulation time; it increases myocardial blood supply in dogs and improves cardiac function; it reduces serum LDH and CK activity and reduces the scope of myocardial infarction, suggesting that NaoXinTong Capsule has an anti-acute myocardial ischemia effect.
