Dosage and Administration
Recommended Starting Dose: 100 mg, taken orally approximately 15 minutes before sexual activity.
Dose Adjustment: The dose may be increased to 200 mg (taken 15 minutes before sexual activity) or decreased to 50 mg (taken 30 minutes before sexual activity) based on individual efficacy and tolerability. The minimum effective dose should be used.
Maximum Dosing Frequency: Once daily.
Sexual Stimulation: Required for therapeutic effect.
Administration with Food: May be taken with or without food.
Tablet Division: This 100 mg tablet should not be split. For a 50 mg dose, use an alternative formulation.
