Ingredients
Each 5g (or 10g) tube contains 5mg (or 10mg) of Hydrocortisone Butyrate. Excipients include glycerin, propylene glycol, petrolatum, stearyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, octoxynol-9 (Emulsifying Wax A-20), citric acid, sodium citrate, ethylparaben (preservative), and purified water.

Properties
This medicine is presented as a white cream.

Indications
It is used for allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, allergic eczema, and lichenoid pruritus, among other conditions.

Dosage
For topical use only. Apply an appropriate amount of this medicine to the affected area twice daily.

Adverse Reactions
Long-term use may cause local skin atrophy, telangiectasia, hyperpigmentation, and secondary infections. Allergic reactions may occasionally occur.

Contraindications
It is contraindicated in infectious skin diseases.

Precautions

1. Those allergic to this medicine should not use it.
2. Pregnant and lactating women should use it with caution.
3. This medicine is not suitable for infectious skin diseases such as impetigo, tinea corporis, and tinea cruris. For skin diseases complicated by bacterial or fungal infections, consult a physician.
4. If symptoms do not improve after one week of use, consult a physician or pharmacist.
5. This medicine should not be used long-term and should avoid large-area application on the body.
6. It should not be used on broken skin.
7. Long-term use may lead to drug tolerance.
8. If there is a burning sensation, itching, redness, or swelling at the application site, discontinue use and consult a physician if necessary.
9. Do not use if the properties of this medicine have changed.
10. Children must use this medicine under adult supervision.
11. Keep this medicine out of reach of children.

Medication for Special Populations

Children: Use with caution in nursing children.

Pregnancy and Lactation: Pregnant and lactating women should use it with caution. Studies, surveys, or market experience have shown clear evidence of harm to human fetuses; however, in some cases (such as when pregnant women have severe, life-threatening diseases for which no safer drugs are available, or when safer drugs are ineffective), the benefits of using this medicine may outweigh the risks.

Elderly: The safety profile in elderly patients is not yet clear.
