Ingredients
In vitro cultivated calculus bovis, Concentrated Water Buffalo Horn Powder, Artificial Musk, Pearl, Cinnabar, Realgar, Coptis Chinensis Root, Scutellaria Root, Gardenia Fruit, Turmeric Root, Borneol.

Appearance
This medicine is a large honeyed pill with a yellow-orange to reddish-brown color; it has a strong, fragrant aroma and a slightly bitter taste.

Functions and Indications
It clears heat and detoxifies, calms the spirit, and opens the orifices. It is used for heat-related illnesses with evil qi invading the pericardium, high fever with convulsions, delirium; coma due to stroke, and encephalitis, meningitis, toxic encephalopathy, cerebral hemorrhage, septicemia with the above symptoms.

Specification
Each pill weighs 3g.

Dosage and Administration
Oral administration. One pill once a day; for children under three years old, 1/4 pill once a day; for children aged four to six, 1/2 pill once a day; or as directed by a physician.

Adverse Reactions
There have been reports in literature of improper use of this product leading to hypothermia, and individual patients have experienced allergic reactions.

Precautions

1. This product is intended for heat-induced coma; it should not be used for cold-induced coma.
2. This product contains musk, which is fragrant and can harm fetal qi; pregnant women should use it with caution.
3. During medication, the diet should be light, avoiding spicy and greasy foods to prevent promoting fire and producing phlegm.
4. This product contains cinnabar and realgar; it should not be taken in excess or for a long time, and those with impaired liver or kidney function should use it with caution.
5. If during treatment, symptoms such as cold limbs, pale complexion, persistent cold sweats, and weak and thready pulses appear, indicating a change from the closed syndrome to the collapsed syndrome, medication should be stopped immediately.
6. For patients with difficulties in oral administration due to high fever or coma, nasal feeding should be administered under the guidance of a physician.
7. Pregnant and lactating women, children, and the elderly should use this product as directed by a physician.
8. Those with allergic constitutions should use it with caution.
9. Children must use this product under adult supervision.
10. If taking other medications, consult a physician before using this product.
11. Remove the waxy coating and plastic shell before taking; do not swallow the entire pill.
