Indications
CHD and Angina,Arrhythmia,premature ventricular contractions,palpitation with Palpitations, restless, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, chest pain ,insomnia and dreaminess,night sweat symptoms

Dosage
4 capsules per time, three times daily. 4 weeks as one period of treatment. No intervals during the treatment, It may take 3 periods for most patients.

性状
本品为硬胶囊，内容物为黄褐色至棕褐色颗粒和粉末；味苦。

功能主治
益气养阴，活血通络，清心安神。用于治疗气阴两虚，心络瘀阻引起的冠心病室性早搏，症见心悸不安，气短乏力，动则加剧，胸部闷痛，失眠多梦，盗汗，神倦懒言。

规格
每粒装0.4g

用法用量
口服。一次2-4粒，一日3次。

不良反应
上市后监测数据显示本品可见以下胃肠道不良反应如胃肠胀气、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、口干、嗳气，以及皮疹、瘙痒、头晕等。

禁忌
对本品及本品成分过敏者忌服。

药理毒理
临床前药理学试验表明，本品可使CaCl2所致的小鼠心律失常发生率降低，使乌头碱所致的大鼠心律失常持续时间缩短，使哇巴因所致的豚鼠室早、室速及室颤时哇巴因的用量增加；在大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型上，本品可减轻心律失常的程度，使血清CK、LDH水平及丙二醛含量降低，使血清SOD活性和心肌组织Na+、K+-ATP酶活性增加；本品可使麻醉犬动脉血压、冠脉阻力及心肌耗氧量降低；使大鼠体外血栓长度缩短、血栓重量减轻。
