Ingredients
Chuanxiong, Wuzhuyu, Bingpian, Semen Strychni, and others.

Properties
This product is a black concentrated water-honey pill; it has a fragrant odor and a bitter taste.

Indications
It promotes blood circulation to remove blood stasis, resolves phlegm and clears obstructions in the meridians, regulates qi and alleviates pain. It is used for the recovery phase and sequelae of stroke caused by phlegm and blood stasis, manifested as hemiplegia, cramping and numbness, deviation of the mouth and eyes, and slurred speech.

Dosage and Administration
Oral administration. 4~8g each time, 2~3 times a day; for severe cases, 8~16g each time; or as directed by a physician.

Adverse Reactions
Post-marketing surveillance data indicate the following adverse reactions: Gastrointestinal system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, bitter taste, gastric burning sensation, acid regurgitation, etc. Nervous system: dizziness, headache, etc., with individual cases of limb numbness and tongue numbness. Cardiovascular system: chest tightness, palpitations, etc. Skin: rash, pruritus, etc. Others: fever, with individual cases of respiratory distress, abnormal liver function, and abnormal renal function.

Contraindications
1. Those allergic to this product or its ingredients are prohibited from using it.
2. Pregnant women are prohibited from using it.

Precautions
1. If there is a feeling of heat during medication, it can be taken with white chrysanthemum honey water, or the dosage can be reduced by half. If necessary, discontinue use for 1~2 days.
