Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Vitex negundo oil (20 mg).
Excipients: Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin.

Description
Brownish-yellow, semi-transparent soft capsules containing a yellow oily liquid inside, with a characteristic aromatic odor.

Actions and Indications
Expectorant, antitussive, and antiasthmatic. Used for chronic bronchitis.

Dosage Form and Strength
Each capsule contains 20 mg of Vitex negundo oil.

Dosage and Administration
Oral administration. 1–2 capsules per dose, 3 times daily.

Precautions

1. Avoid smoking, alcohol, and spicy, cold, or greasy foods.
2. Use with caution in patients with gastric ulcers.
3. Avoid concurrent use of tonic traditional Chinese medicines during treatment.
4. Not suitable for patients with phlegm-heat cough. Patients with severe wheezing should seek medical attention promptly.
5. Patients with bronchiectasis, lung abscess, cor pulmonale, pulmonary tuberculosis, or persistent cough should consult a physician.
6. Patients with severe chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, heart disease, liver disease, diabetes, kidney disease) should use under medical supervision.
7. Discontinue use and consult a physician if fever exceeds 38.5°C, dyspnea worsens, cough intensifies, or sputum volume increases significantly.
8. Pediatric, pregnant, or breastfeeding patients, and elderly or debilitated individuals should use under medical guidance.
9. If symptoms persist after 7 days of treatment, consult a physician.
10. Patients with hypersensitivity to this product are prohibited from use; those with allergic predispositions should use with caution.
11. Do not use if capsule appearance or consistency changes.
12. Pediatric use requires adult supervision.
13. Store out of reach of children.
