Ingredients
Each gram of this product contains 20 milligrams of the main ingredient, ketoconazole. Excipients include: propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, polysorbate 80, anhydrous sodium sulfite, and purified water.

This product is a milky white or slightly red cream.

Indications
For the treatment of hand tinea, foot tinea, body tinea, groin tinea, pityriasis versicolor (commonly known as tinea versicolor, pityriasis) and cutaneous candidiasis.

Dosage and Administration
For topical application, apply an appropriate amount of this product to the affected area. Use 1-2 times daily. Although results may be seen quickly after application, to reduce recurrence, it should be used continuously for 2-4 weeks for body tinea, groin tinea, pityriasis versicolor, and cutaneous candidiasis, and for 4-6 weeks for hand and foot tinea.

Contraindications
Prohibited for those allergic to ketoconazole, imidazoles, or sulfites. Also prohibited for those allergic to any component of this product.

Precautions

1. Avoid contact with eyes and other mucous membranes (such as the mouth and nose).
2. If there is a burning sensation, redness, or other discomfort at the application site, discontinue use, wash the area, and consult a physician if necessary.
3. Do not apply to broken skin.
4. Avoid large-area use.
5. For groin tinea patients, avoid wearing tight-fitting or synthetic underwear, and apply powder (such as talcum powder) when using the cream.
6. For foot tinea patients, dry the skin thoroughly after bathing, especially between the toes. Wear cotton socks and change them daily. Wear breathable shoes, and apply powder or antifungal powder between the toes, on the feet, in socks, and in shoes once or twice daily.
7. To reduce recurrence, the treatment course for body tinea, groin tinea, and pityriasis versicolor should be at least 2-4 weeks.
8. Pregnant and lactating women should use this product under the guidance of a physician.
9. Prohibited for those allergic to this product; use with caution in allergic individuals.
10. Do not use if the appearance of this product has changed.
11. Keep this product out of reach of children.
12. Children must use this product under adult supervision.
13. If using other medications, consult a physician or pharmacist before using this product.
14. Excessive or frequent use may cause a burning sensation and redness; discontinue use to allow symptoms to subside.
15. If accidentally ingested, supportive and symptomatic measures should be taken.
16. To prevent rebound phenomena after discontinuation of prolonged topical corticosteroid treatment, it is recommended to continue using a small dose of topical corticosteroids in the morning and apply ketoconazole cream at night, gradually tapering off corticosteroid treatment over 2-3 weeks.

Pharmacological Action
Ketoconazole is an antifungal agent that inhibits dermatophytes such as Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, Microsporum, and yeasts such as Candida. Topical application results in minimal absorption through the skin.
