Ingredients
Coptis Rhizome, Astragalus Root, Honeysuckle Flower.

Characteristics
This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears brown to dark brown after removing the coating; it has a bitter taste.

Actions and Indications
Clearing heat and replenishing qi. Used for Xiaoke disease (corresponding to diabetes) with qi deficiency and internal heat syndrome, characterized by symptoms such as excessive thirst, polydipsia, polyphagia, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Applicable to mild to moderate type 2 diabetes mellitus with the aforementioned syndromes.

Specifications
0.56 g per tablet.

Dosage and Administration
Oral administration, 30 minutes before meals. 2–3 tablets each time, 3 times daily. The treatment course is 3 months ( 15 boxes ~23 boxes ) or as directed by a physician.

Adverse Reactions
Occasional vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain.

Contraindications

Precautions

1. Close monitoring is advised for patients with a history of severe coronary heart disease or myocardial ischemia.
