Compound Levonorgestrel Tablets are an effective daily oral contraceptive that prevents pregnancy by inhibiting ovulation, thickening cervical mucus, and altering the uterine lining. These tablets are easy to use, requiring just one pill per day. While some mild side effects may occur initially, they typically diminish over time. In addition to contraception, they may offer health benefits such as reducing the risk of certain cancers and regulating menstrual cycles. However, they do not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
