Ingredients
Longtube ground ivy (Herba Glechomae), salt-processed Plantago seed (Semen Plantaginis), Akebia stem (Caulis Akebiae), Cynanchum paniculatum root and rhizome (Radix et Rhizoma Cynanchi Paniculati), Pyrrosia leaf (Folium Pyrrosiae), Japanese honeysuckle stem (Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae), talc (Talcum), Dianthus herb (Herba Dianthi), Abutilon seed (Semen Abutili), licorice root (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae).
Description
This product is light yellow to brownish-yellow granules; it has a slight odor and tastes sweet and slightly bitter.
Actions and Indications
Clears heat and promotes diuresis, relieves strangury and expels calculi. It is used for urolithic strangury caused by damp-heat in the lower jiao (lower energizer), manifested as lumbar and abdominal pain, difficult urination, or accompanied by hematuria; and for urinary tract calculi with the above syndrome.

Dosage and Administration
Take orally after dissolving in boiled water. One bag per dose, three times daily; or as directed by a physician.
Adverse Reactions
The following adverse reactions may occur:
Gastrointestinal system: nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, dry mouth, acid regurgitation, dyspepsia, constipation, belching, retching, hiccups, etc.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue: pruritus, rash, urticaria, erythema, allergic reactions, etc.
Nervous system: dizziness, headache, bitter taste in the mouth, etc.
Others: fatigue, decreased appetite, chest discomfort, palpitations, flushing, etc.
Contraindications:
1. Contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus.
2. Contraindicated in persons allergic to this product or any of its ingredients.
Precautions:
1. Avoid spicy and greasy foods during medication. Drink more water and engage in appropriate exercise.
2. It is not suitable for patients with prolonged illness damaging vital qi and concurrent kidney yin deficiency or spleen qi deficiency syndrome.
3. It is not suitable for patients with calculi ≥6 mm in diameter or long-standing stone impaction.
4. Use with caution in pregnant women.
5. Use with caution in persons with an allergic constitution.
