Description:
Blue, film-coated tablets. The tablet core is white after removal of the coating.

Indications:
Sildenafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Dosage and Administration:
For most patients, the recommended starting dose is 50 mg, taken approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. It may be taken anytime between 0.5 to 4 hours prior to sexual activity. Depending on efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to a maximum of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. Do not exceed one dose per day. Sildenafil will not produce an erection in the absence of sexual stimulation.

Use in Pregnant and Lactating Women:
Pregnancy:
Sildenafil is not indicated for use in women. No data are available on the risk of adverse developmental outcomes in pregnant individuals. Animal reproductive studies with sildenafil showed no evidence of adverse developmental effects at doses up to 16-fold (rats) and 32-fold (rabbits) the maximum recommended human dose (MRHD, 100 mg/day, on a mg/m² basis).

Lactation:
Sildenafil is not indicated for use in women. Limited data indicate that sildenafil and its active metabolites are excreted in human breast milk. No information exists on the effects of this exposure on breastfed infants or on milk production.

Use in Children:
Sildenafil is not indicated for use in neonates or children.

Storage:
Store in a tightly closed container, protected from light and moisture.

Aluminum-plastic blister packaging. 25 mg: 7 tablets per blister × 4 blisters per box.
